Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martín Ferreyra was slow to take the kick. During this time Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's players had a chance to rest. In the 12th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 24 minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Milagros Fraga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dražen Ladić quite easily take care of the ball. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Marcelo Cordero got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dražen Ladić in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard and well directed shot from Luz Tejedor led 30 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-3. After 31 played minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT got a freekick which was hit by Martín Ferreyra. Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Cordero. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marcelo Cordero made the kick off in the second half. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Dražen Ladić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dražen Ladić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Liu Yang Feng replaced Estevão Benevides. 65 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Fiszer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Anthony Alvarado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Milagros Fraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Zheng Jing Feng made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Zheng Jing Feng in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zheng Jing Feng's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
