Cristi Miheș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristi Miheș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, 黄超亦 managed to get in a good position for a shot. GoooooL's supporters rose to their feet, but 黄超亦 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when GoooooL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Foltea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of GoooooL's Cristi Miheș. Cristi Miheș was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristi Miheș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play forced GoooooL's goalkeeper Cristi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. GoooooL's Cristi Miheș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of GoooooL booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, 黄超亦 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cristi Miheș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. GoooooL's Cristi Miheș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save GoooooL from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goalkeeper Cristi Miheș had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristi Miheș. That made the score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. GoooooL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Engin Dönmez in the 63rd minute. GoooooL were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Engin Dönmez took the corner. GoooooL's Engin Dönmez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If 黄超亦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, 黄超亦 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Cristi Miheș successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. GoooooL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Engin Dönmez in the 83rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Iosif Şiman heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cristi Miheș made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Iosif Şiman's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iosif Şiman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Iosif Şiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of GoooooL booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
