Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. GT Real Krosno's Wiktor Rozanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Miromir Ferfecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Miromir Ferfecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute of the match GT Real Krosno got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Barnaba Brudzisz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wiktor Rozanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wiktor Rozanski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. GT Real Krosno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 94th minute Ulryk Weyna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 96th minute of play forced GT Real Krosno's goalkeeper Wiktor Rozanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The GT Real Krosno players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
