Chris Bateman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute Chris Bateman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Chris Bateman made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Recolta Alamor's Chris Bateman got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Theodore Cagle hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Chris Bateman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chris Bateman. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Pennington in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 31st minute. Recolta Alamor's Brandon Newby was responsible for 2-0 with a brilliant performance in the 32nd minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Chris Bateman put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Bateman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Bateman to strike the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Bateman in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Norman Donnelly's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Donnelly in the 86th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cyprian Rosen was slow to take the kick. During this time Recolta Alamor's players had a chance to rest. Cyprian Rosen made a great header on Recolta Alamor's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norman Donnelly in the 92nd minute of play. Recolta Alamor were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyprian Rosen took the corner. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Recolta Alamor fully deserved thier win.
