Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Strömnäs BK's Christoffer Skoglund. But to his dismay, Christoffer Skoglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gustav Jönsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. In the 11th minute Harry Olsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoffer Skoglund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. If Harry Olsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 minutes of play, Strömnäs BK's Gustav Jönsson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustav Jönsson took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Strömnäs BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Hasselqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Strömnäs BK's Christoffer Skoglund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 39th minute, Costa Rica's Alexander Carballo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alexander Carballo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Costa Rica protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alexander Carballo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Strömnäs BK booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Tidéksson in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Harry Olsman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Harry Olsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Jönsson in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustav Jönsson to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Gustav Jönsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Jönsson in the 56th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Strömnäs BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 minutes, Harry Olsman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strömnäs BK and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Strömnäs BK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Harry Olsman hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Olsman in the 64th minute of play. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Strömnäs BK's Christoffer Skoglund. But to his dismay, Christoffer Skoglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Olsman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustav Jönsson in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Harry Olsman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Jönsson in the 85th minute of play. When Strömnäs BK's Gustav Jönsson in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Linus Hasselqvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Strömnäs BK's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Börje Göransson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustav Jönsson went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Jönsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Strömnäs BK fully deserved thier win.
