In the 14th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geroy Ascue to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Karlus Waugh notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Dito Araújo. Dito Araújo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Jamaica booed when ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Breckenfeld in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Tião Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Jamaall Padmore got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Rafinha Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Finlay Stair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Araújo having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Paiva made a kick off. In the 56th minute Karlus Waugh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito Araújo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Finlay Stair in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jamaica's zone, Tião Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal and Tião Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tião Marinho in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Jamaica booed when ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 78th minute of play forced ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalkeeper Dito Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Paiva in the 81st minute of play. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Dito Araújo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, Leron Sale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Paiva succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. In the 93rd minute, Tião Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enrique Paiva went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
