Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Walmyr Cavalcante started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Richard Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Richard Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Trancoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 17 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Daniel Zorita. Richard Trancoso came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 21 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Trancoso. SRP-Laguna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Ecuador's Luis Andino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Richard Trancoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Trancoso was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Richard Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Trancoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. In the 54th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Richard Trancoso. The goal made the score 0-11. 57 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richard Trancoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Richard Trancoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. 61 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Richard Trancoso 64 minutes into the match. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-16. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Richard Trancoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When %teams%'s Daniel Zorita was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-17 just inside the left pole, 77 minutes into the game. Richard Trancoso was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Camilo Gisbert made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Andino however managed to control. 83 minutes into the game, Luis Andino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Richard Trancoso. Luis Andino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-18. With his leg Richard Trancoso managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Zorita had several of the SRP-Laguna's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-19 score and a disappointed Richard Trancoso as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-20 without a chance for Richard Trancoso to make any attempt to save it. Luis Andino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-21 to the left of a surprised Richard Trancoso 96 minutes into the match. Ecuador played a much better game than SRP-Laguna and deserved their victory. The SRP-Laguna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
