The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Brow Team's Franciszek Modliszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Modliszewski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Igor Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Czeslaw Tipinski got free with Julio Vera in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Siekierski having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Modliszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Brow Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. The Brow Team fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Brow Team's Czeslaw Tipinski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Igor Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brow Team's Igor Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Czeslaw Tipinski was the one to do the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Owsiak in the 52nd minute of play. Brow Team's Igor Siekierski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Brow Team from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Modliszewski in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Franciszek Modliszewski notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Brow Team getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Andrzej Cichocki hit a great ball. After 66 minutes Brow Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Modliszewski in the 69th minute of the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Modliszewski in the 95th minute of play.
