Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tadeo Seguinus made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sportivo Mela Banco's Zeledon Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sportivo Mela Banco defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. The Sportivo Mela Banco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Ilazki should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Zeledon Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Zeledon Ilazki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Zeledon Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Zeledon Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Ilazki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. Sportivo Mela Banco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Zeledon Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Ilazki. Zeledon Ilazki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of play forced Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Zeledon Ilazki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Mela Banco's Zeledon Ilazki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Zeledon Ilazki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Daniel Zorita scored 0-7 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Ilazki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sportivo Mela Banco's Zeledon Ilazki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Mela Banco from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Zeledon Ilazki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. In the 76th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zeledon Ilazki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sportivo Mela Banco's Zeledon Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 78th minute of play. Zeledon Ilazki came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zeledon Ilazki firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 87th minute, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-15. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Mela Banco's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Ilazki came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 92nd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Ecuador's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Camilo Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
