Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 10th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richard Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Trancoso. SRP-Laguna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 20th minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. After some careless play in the SRP-Laguna defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Trancoso. The SRP-Laguna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Trancoso should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 35 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Richard Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 38th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richard Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Richard Trancoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-10 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walmyr Cavalcante made a kick off. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 52nd playminute. In the 54th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. Richard Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute of the match. Richard Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play. Richard Trancoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 58th minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Richard Trancoso made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Richard Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Richard Trancoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Primitivo Andino made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cristian Sancho immediately put the ball in play. Richard Trancoso came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Richard Trancoso in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Richard Trancoso made a huge save. After 76 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Trancoso was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-15. After 89 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-17 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-19, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Richard Trancoso. Richard Trancoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SRP-Laguna throughout the match.
