An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 17th minute of play forced Harry Cool's goalkeeper Bryant King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by La 杨晨 in the 19th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryant King read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Bryant King showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of the match. Peru's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
