Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Corneliu Dridu took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Celso Trevisan in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 3 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Trevisan, 1-0. When Dr Lecter SC's Corneliu Dridu in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Celso Trevisan. After having played for 29 minutes, Corneliu Dridu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dr Lecter SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corneliu Dridu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. 35 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Mcdonald might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Trevisan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Mcdonald ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Mcdonald. 38 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jenson Smith came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dr Lecter SC were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauro Romero took the corner. The corner led Dr Lecter SC's Mauro Romero to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corneliu Dridu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Celso Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 63rd minute of play. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Dr Lecter SC's Laércio Guedes was substituted for Lauro Antunes. 66 minutes into the game, Jenson Smith threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dr Lecter SC's Wes Vranx quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When USA's Sam Campbell in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dr Lecter SC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam Campbell in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Trevisan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Sam Campbell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75thth minute of the game Corneliu Dridu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dr Lecter SC's Corneliu Dridu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marco Day. That made the score 2-2 after 82 minutes of play. In the 85th minute, USA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Corneliu Dridu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Campbell in the 86th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Omid Kaulbach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the game, Sam Campbell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Celso Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 93 minutes, Laércio Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dr Lecter SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laércio Guedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. USA had played much better football throughout.
