Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) After 3 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Bălăiță, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Mauro Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eder Lopes got free with Dante Lacasa in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sabadim Harammes PRD getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ionel Bălăiță hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Eder Lopes scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 1-1. Abel Castelo Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Boulier in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Mario Boulier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Eder Lopes sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Bălăiță in the 66th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Abel Castelo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Ionel Bălăiță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Ionel Bălăiță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ionel Bălăiță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sabadim Harammes PRD.
