Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Rigg in the 8th minute of play. The Valar were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfred Hajto took the corner. The corner ended in Alfred Hajto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Aulë Vala sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manwë Vala, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuel Canturri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emmanuel Canturri having to make a save. In the 38th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Canturri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Aulë Vala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emmanuel Canturri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Santino Seco got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Rigg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Emmanuel Canturri made a huge save. 52 minutes into the match, The Valar's goalkeeper Emmanuel Canturri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. With a little luck, The Valar's Emmanuel Canturri got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marian Otopeanu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes The Valar got a freekick which was hit by Marian Otopeanu. In the 63rd minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Colombia's Axel Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Emmanuel Canturri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Valar's goalkeeper Emmanuel Canturri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuel Canturri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Montenegro in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emmanuel Canturri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Constantin Hrebenciuc in the 72 minute of the game. Abram Secada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Canturri having to interfere. Emmanuel Canturri made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. The Valar's Emmanuel Canturri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 81st minute of play. After 84 minutes The Valar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Mastache who took care of the corner kick. Pascual Carballar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Emmanuel Canturri in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emmanuel Canturri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Kevin Mastache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Valar.
