Jonas Grigutis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Grigutis having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Grigutis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonas Grigutis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Grigutis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 21st minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Grigutis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC LORD-Racing booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th match minute, FC LORD-Racing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvydas Liaugminas to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Panama booed when FC LORD-Racing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herkus Vadeikis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saulius Tulčius in the 63rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgaras Patamsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Herkus Dambys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saulius Tulčius in the 69th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Sarmiento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Grigutis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgaras Patamsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 80th minute. Edgaras Patamsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saulius Tulčius in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense.
