After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, Horia Tătaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. Camilo Freixa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horia Tătaru's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 18 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Miralles. If Horia Tătaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Tătaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Preator Edikt made a substitution. Stig-Ove Blomqvist replaced Horia Tătaru. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Stig-Ove Blomqvist made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Stig-Ove Blomqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. A wasted opportunity for Preator Edikt. Preator Edikt's Luís Gustavo Barbosa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joshua Miralles in the 76 minute of the game.
