Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Proietto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Jangkrik Boss's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Armin Proietto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wiktor Bator's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute Michalis Karkavilas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Buyung Setiamiharja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armin Proietto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 minutes, Iustinian Ioviță mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jangkrik Boss and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armin Proietto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jangkrik Boss's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Jangkrik Boss's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wiktor Bator, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Buyung Setiamiharja's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Buyung Setiamiharja helped the player get up and apologised. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when 余烨政 sent off a good shot on target. Armin Proietto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armin Proietto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 played minutes Jangkrik Boss got a freekick which was hit by Orhan Yetener. Armin Proietto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Jangkrik Boss's Michalis Karkavilas. But to his dismay, Michalis Karkavilas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 66th minute, Joel Gaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Jangkrik Boss's Orhan Yetener got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armin Proietto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Armin Proietto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Jangkrik Boss made a substitution. Nurul Manusama replaced Iustinian Ioviță. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 余烨政, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jangkrik Boss's Immanuel Hartono was substituted for Orhan Yetener. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Armin Proietto threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luca Zorita, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jangkrik Boss's goalkeeper Armin Proietto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Karkavilas in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michalis Karkavilas in the 92nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Lisandri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
