Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. After having played for 8 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andres Oper blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Andres Oper in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Andres Oper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunvald Glarkrog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of the match. Andres Oper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andres Oper blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. 32 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Oper. 37 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gunvald Glarkrog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 38th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Vlad Pâslaru's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vlad Pâslaru helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Strib Galacticos IF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Vlad Pâslaru hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Oper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Gunvald Glarkrog had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Oper in the 56th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Strib Galacticos IF's Hagbard Ribov was substituted for Andres Oper. Strib Galacticos IF's Sonni Engklint was substituted for Asım Arif Akatay. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Gunvald Glarkrog in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hagbard Ribov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunvald Glarkrog having to interfere.
