Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Primeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jairo Primeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jairo Primeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rod Stewart in the 21st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jairo Primeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 27 minutes into the game, DON RAMON 72's Fermin Laurendi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Jairo Primeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Prospero Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Antonio Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DON RAMON 72 the free kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Harkaitz in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes, Rod Stewart made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 71 in the game by Felix Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Jairo Primeiro managed to make a qualified save. DON RAMON 72's players were relieved. After 72 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. When DON RAMON 72's Rod Stewart in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Rod Stewart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jairo Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fermin Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Prospero Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Everardo Basajaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Primeiro made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because DON RAMON 72 had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
