Veniamin Hvoinskiy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 14 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. AS TRIGGER's Veniamin Hvoinskiy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. AS TRIGGER's Veniamin Hvoinskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veniamin Hvoinskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes in the game Stepan Scherbatov did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tadeusz Zahemski. Veniamin Hvoinskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Veniamin Hvoinskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, AS TRIGGER's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Esteban Gentza was the one to do the kick off. Veniamin Hvoinskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 52nd minute of the match. AS TRIGGER's Veniamin Hvoinskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Nicolae Chira had to leave the field with a concussion. When Julian Murillo fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peru's protests and gave Julian Murillo a yellow card for diving instead. AS TRIGGER's Pavel Vinogradov was substituted for Nicolae Chira. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luz Tejedor got free with Veniamin Hvoinskiy in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veniamin Hvoinskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Pavel Vinogradov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, AS TRIGGER's goalkeeper Veniamin Hvoinskiy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 85 minutes into the game, Stepan Scherbatov threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Veniamin Hvoinskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 96th minute. Veniamin Hvoinskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 97th minute of play.
