Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anacleto Peruxu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 32nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee ignored Vamos los PIBES's protests and gave Alejandro Baldovino a yellow card for diving instead. Ecuador made a substitution. Diego Mancebo replaced Luis Andino. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Peruxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Daniel Zorita scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anacleto Peruxu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
