Gilvan de Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas got control of the ball when Gilvan de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Backes in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Claudius Marsching cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Thomás Vides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute Pablo Ebner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomás Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Backes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan de Lara in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Gilvan de Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Manuel Peres made a precise shot to the right of Thomás Vides. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Thomás Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Backes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Thomás Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Peres in the 41st minute of play. 0-4 became the score in the 44th minute when Manuel Peres elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Manuel Peres hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Gilvan de Lara notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas. Siim Kikas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilvan de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gilvan de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute Gilvan de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Kikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Peres came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thomás Vides could save by the left post. 68 minutes into the game, Sean Dekker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Siim Kikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Siim Kikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan de Lara in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Gilvan de Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siim Kikas. De Gulden Draak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilvan de Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. After a defensive mix-up in De Gulden Draak's zone, Gilvan de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siim Kikas came out of the goal and Gilvan de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ defense, Claudius Marsching kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás Vides. The AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Vides should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Gert Porsche in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Sean Dekker. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan de Lara in the 94th minute of the match. Gilvan de Lara struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Siim Kikas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ. De Gulden Draak's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
