Marcos Díaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wagn Rosenvig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson 慕容 in the 11th minute of play forced Siała Baba Mak's goalkeeper Marcos Díaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, Siała Baba Mak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurand Felenak to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Aleks Vaskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Díaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Díaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson 慕容 in the 18th minute of play. Ni Guang Yong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Trezeguet in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denílson 慕容 in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Díaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 minutes, Aleks Vaskov made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Siała Baba Mak's Marcos Díaz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson 慕容 in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Díaz saved Siała Baba Mak from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Björn Gustavsson made a kick off. Siała Baba Mak's Marcos Díaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleks Vaskov in the 51st minute of play. If Denílson 慕容 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Siała Baba Mak's Marcos Díaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Siała Baba Mak from getting a goal against them. In the 58thth minute of the game Denílson 慕容 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Siała Baba Mak's Marcos Díaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denílson 慕容 had several of the Siała Baba Mak's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Marcos Díaz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aleks Vaskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Díaz having to interfere. In the 64th minute Aleks Vaskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Díaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denílson 慕容 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Marcos Díaz 69 minutes into the match. Aleks Vaskov struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Marcos Díaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Бенковски Тетевен. If Denílson 慕容 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Бенковски Тетевен's Denílson 慕容 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Бенковски Тетевен eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
