The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristobal Felipo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Cristobal Felipo managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Uruguay's Francisco Seco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anselmo Ihazintu made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Kevin Carballal. ZarA A.C's Cristobal Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 69th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Carballal to maneuver through the defense. Martín Palermo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. After a rather tough play, ZarA A.C's Marti Cifuentes got a free kick in the 77th minute. Cristobal Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 78th minute of the match. Rareș Feraru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristobal Felipo. ZarA A.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Felipo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes in the game, Francisco Seco dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 96 minutes, Hermelando Bustunzuria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZarA A.C and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ZarA A.C getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Hermelando Bustunzuria hit a great ball. Cristobal Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 97th minute of play.
