Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. In the 7th minute of the match, 庞昂迪 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 8th minute of the match 上海浦东戈士队 got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Witalis Wolicki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Witalis Wolicki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. 罗风远 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 罗风远 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witalis Wolicki's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Witalis Wolicki put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. 罗风远 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 罗风远 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in 上海浦东戈士队's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 罗风远 came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Witalis Wolicki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 罗风远 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Cristian Sancho scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 罗风远, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 罗风远 came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by 庞昂迪 in the 46th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

52 minutes into the match, 上海浦东戈士队's goalkeeper 罗风远 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 罗风远 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 上海浦东戈士队's 杨浩铮 was substituted for 赵勇林. In the 64th minute, 赵勇林 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 上海浦东戈士队's 罗风远 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save 上海浦东戈士队 from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Wolicki came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Wolicki in the 72nd minute of play. 上海浦东戈士队's Witalis Wolicki managed to work through Ecuador's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Witalis Wolicki dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 75th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 罗风远. The goal made the score 1-4. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but 罗风远 made a huge save. A collision led to 上海浦东戈士队 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. 王邦卫 hit a great ball. The long shot by Daniel Zorita in the 86th minute really tested 罗风远's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Witalis Wolicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 上海浦东戈士队's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witalis Wolicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 庞昂迪 in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 上海浦东戈士队 the free kick. 上海浦东戈士队's 孔峰钢 was substituted for Drąsutis Lozoraitis. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 96th minute.
