Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 4th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Misael Darroja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes in the game Maurino Montiel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ezequiel Garay. After 15 played minutes Latocayteva F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maurino Montiel. In the 16th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Apolo Rius quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Apolo Rius managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Venezuela's Joshua Secada fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Misael Darroja scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Latocayteva F.C.'s zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Rius came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Misael Darroja in the 34th minute of the match. Maurino Montiel charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurino Montiel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Latocayteva F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maurino Montiel. After 48 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Federico Reyes who took care of the corner kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Misael Darroja was the one to do the kick off. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Guillermo Mariano with Tomas Illescas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Misael Darroja in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Tony Soprano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Tony Soprano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Latocayteva F.C.'s Lukasz Dziedelonis was substituted for Koulis Kostakoglou. Joshua Secada's late challenge caught a Latocayteva F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joshua Secada helped the player get up and apologised. Joshua Secada hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Villanueva in the 77th minute of play. Misael Darroja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Latocayteva F.C.'s attentive Leon Goretzka managed to snatch the ball when Guillermo Mariano made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Misael Darroja sent off a good shot on target. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Latocayteva F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Latocayteva F.C..
