But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Ren Ang Ying came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, PS Banyuwangi's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Elano Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Sansan Fingkreuw made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. In the 47th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Elano Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 59th minute of the match. Sansan Fingkreuw charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sansan Fingkreuw the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sansan Fingkreuw hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Elano Salgado in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ren Ang Ying, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Elano Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 70th minute of the match. PS Banyuwangi's Harun Gumulya was substituted for Younky Satriawansyah. Julian Murillo scored 2-5 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elano Salgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The throw-in from Antonello Valcareggi in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Elano Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Rafael Gallo could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Elano Salgado however easily saved by the left post.
