Kenneth Åkerman hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Kajetan Dawiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Kajetan Dawiec when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kajetan Dawiec in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kajetan Dawiec was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After 95 played minutes FC Wrocanka got a freekick which was hit by Lu Bin. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Wrocanka.
