The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Peter Glanselius. Bantayan BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Karl Friberger fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bantayan BK's protests and gave Karl Friberger a yellow card for diving instead. Karl Friberger kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Peter Glanselius. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Peter Glanselius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Glanselius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Bantayan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Peter Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Herman Clementsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Villa took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Glanselius. Peter Glanselius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 57 minutes into the match, Bantayan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Peter Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Glanselius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 57th minute. With his leg Peter Glanselius managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Edmundo Espiga took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Peter Glanselius to make any attempt to save it. When Karl Friberger was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. Karl Friberger hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Glanselius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Peter Glanselius didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. Peter Glanselius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Glanselius having to interfere. After 96 played minutes Bantayan BK got a freekick which was hit by Melker Dalgren. 97 minutes into the match, Bantayan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Peter Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
