The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kauã Nascimento during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vasco Goycochea made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliverios Gayangos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Oliverios Gayangos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 63rd minute of play forced ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goalkeeper Vasco Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
