Robert Davison dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Dixon in the 24th minute of play. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olli Fiedler in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Davison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Davison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Dixon in the 97th minute. The corner led Canada's Jan Dixon to fire away a dangerous shot which Robert Davison despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Canada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
