Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Fonso in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heitor Paim Belluci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Alexandre Paz Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 20th minute of play forced Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Rene Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brazil's Heitor Paim Belluci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Fonso in the 23rd minute of play. Alexandre Paz Rochas short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Rene Higuita to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 28 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heitor Paim Belluci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brazil's attentive Guilherme Flores Bueno managed to snatch the ball when Tomás Orlanda made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game.
