A very good chance. Peter Glanselius was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Sebastian Villa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebastian Villa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 17 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Peter Glanselius. In the 20th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Glanselius stood somewhat misplaced when Edmundo Espiga came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Clementsson in the 32nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Luca Espinar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Espinar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Glanselius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Peter Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 51st minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Peter Glanselius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute of play forced Bantayan BK's goalkeeper Peter Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee ignored Bantayan BK's protests and gave Herman Clementsson a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Glanselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Glanselius was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Bantayan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Dalgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Sebastian Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Peter Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 87th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, one of Bantayan BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Peter Glanselius. 10-0. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
