An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Péter Temesvári came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Szittyák SE rege's Dávid Fenyvesi in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Péter Temesvári made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Imre Cseh's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Imre Cseh helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Szittyák SE rege fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! 29 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dávid Fenyvesi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Péter Temesvári 32 minutes into the match. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Péter Temesvári in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szittyák SE rege's Péter Temesvári proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Szittyák SE rege from getting a goal against them. After 48 played minutes Szittyák SE rege got a freekick which was hit by Endre Zentay. Péter Temesvári acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 48th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Péter Temesvári quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dávid Fenyvesi to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kornél Udvarhelyi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dániel Gál was slow to take the kick. During this time Szittyák SE rege's players had a chance to rest. In the 66th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Temesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Péter Temesvári tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Szittyák SE rege's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Péter Temesvári came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Péter Temesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Temesvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Szittyák SE rege was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Imre Cseh to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st match minute, Szittyák SE rege was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mátyás Vadas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 97 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 98th minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Péter Temesvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
