Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Zhen Jian in the 2nd minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Zhen Jian in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Andersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Ragnar Linquist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Milagros Fraga quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 8th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Andersson having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Qi Fan. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pawel Grabowicz was slow to take the kick. During this time Börna Bulldogs's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Pawel Grabowicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan. But to his dismay, Gong Qi Fan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 26 minutes of play, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Basilio Nafarroa made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. 46 minutes into the game, Basilio Nafarroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Börna Bulldogs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. After a rather tough play, Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa got a free kick in the 46th minute. Andreas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gong Qi Fan made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andreas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Börna Bulldogs's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Andersson came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Julian Murillo managed to work through Börna Bulldogs's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Julian Murillo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 61st minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gong Qi Fan in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Andreas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milagros Fraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Gong Qi Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
