In the 5th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstantin Dobrinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Konstantin Dobrinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Felix Montes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AXi's Konstantin Dobrinski did a great save. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind AXi's goalkeeper Konstantin Dobrinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, AXi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Konstantin Dobrinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gustavo Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot. AXi's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Ramond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when AXi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nedko Shtúrbanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo Vidal during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Dobrinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konstantin Dobrinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, AXi's Aygün Akıncıbeyoğlu got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AXi.
