Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes of play, Tallahassee Vikings's Archie Maddox made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Tallahassee Vikings's Arthur Sousa. But to his dismay, Arthur Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute, Laurențiu Botea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Tallahassee Vikings's goalkeeper Blaine Thorne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Mirolyub Lyatov's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mirolyub Lyatov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tallahassee Vikings's Mirolyub Lyatov got a free kick in the 24th minute. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arthur Sousa in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Sousa went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Blaine Thorne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Szentesi in the 41st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Tallahassee Vikings's Arthur Sousa. But to his dismay, Arthur Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When Mirolyub Lyatov was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. Mirolyub Lyatov hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

55 minutes into the match, Tallahassee Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Blaine Thorne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blaine Thorne didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Tasis went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. In the 70th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. When Arthur Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tallahassee Vikings's protests and gave Arthur Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. 73 minutes into the match, Tallahassee Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Blaine Thorne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dávid Szentesi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Archie Maddox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Archie Maddox in the 88th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Archie Maddox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dávid Szentesi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Dávid Szentesi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 96th minute. Tallahassee Vikings's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
