Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Sieberichs in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Mechanical Animals were awarded a corner. Julien Ramusch went to the cornerflag to take it. Mechanical Animals's Julien Ramusch was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Sieberichs in the 15th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mechanical Animals the free kick. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Omiros Kazanis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Mechanical Animals's Björn-Torben Mai got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Sieberichs in the 24th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes Mechanical Animals's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonas Maletz quite easily take care of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Sieberichs came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Omiros Kazanis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After 41 played minutes Mechanical Animals got a freekick which was hit by Björn-Torben Mai. After 43 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Maletz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hubert Sieberichs to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mechanical Animals's Jonas Maletz got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Hubert Sieberichs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johann Hassel struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mechanical Animals. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omiros Kazanis, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Hubert Sieberichs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Mechanical Animals's Teobald Lewandowski. But to his dismay, Teobald Lewandowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a little luck, Mechanical Animals's Jonas Maletz got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Julien Ramusch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 89 minutes of play Venezuela's Jose Correa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 90th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Sieberichs, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Mechanical Animals were the better team. Mechanical Animals's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
