Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Balabancıkspor's Şeray Ünverdi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Cerreri having to interfere. Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Şeray Ünverdi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play forced Balabancıkspor's goalkeeper Gení Cerreri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes Balabancıkspor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Agustín Saelices almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri did a great save. 17 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gení Cerreri. Balabancıkspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gení Cerreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 20th minute of the match. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şeray Ünverdi's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Çetinsoy came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balabancıkspor's goalkeeper Gení Cerreri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yavuz Çetinsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gení Cerreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 43rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gení Cerreri. Gení Cerreri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gení Cerreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gení Cerreri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Balabancıkspor's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gení Cerreri came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Balabancıkspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emrullah Bektaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Gení Cerreri made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Gení Cerreri however easily saved by the left post. Gení Cerreri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 72nd minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şeray Ünverdi in the 74th minute of play. Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Balabancıkspor from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Gení Cerreri in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Asaf Canatan came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Balabancıkspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asaf Canatan couldn't finish the play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gení Cerreri having to make a save. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Balabancıkspor's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Arias came free, but Gení Cerreri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri did a great save. The Balabancıkspor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
