After 6 played minutes Astreix&ObelixSoccer got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Rambo. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Milagros Fraga put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Martyon Diehl. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when 박 태 sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peng Qi Chong got free with Rolando Noboa in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Astreix&ObelixSoccer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. 30 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 박 태. In the 31st minute, Luz Tejedor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peng Qi Chong in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 38th minute Aaron Rambo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute Peng Qi Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martyon Diehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peng Qi Chong stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peng Qi Chong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Rambo in the 52nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodney Staple made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and 박 태 immediately put the ball in play. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's 韩克兴 was substituted for Osvaldo Alvarenga. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Peng Qi Chong. But to his dismay, Peng Qi Chong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Sven Biörkman was substituted for Peng Qi Chong. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Sacha Lilley quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 68th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 69th minute of the game was made by Moises Gayoso with Julian Murillo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Astreix&ObelixSoccer from getting a goal against them.
