Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joakim Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Tallkotte the free kick. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tomas Berganza hit a great ball. When Åke Sjögren fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Tallkotte's protests and gave Åke Sjögren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, IFK Tallkotte's Åke Sjögren got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Berganza to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Ahlgren came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Ahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 26 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. IFK Tallkotte's Tommy Ahlgren got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. IFK Tallkotte's Joakim Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save IFK Tallkotte from getting a goal against them. Panama were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after IFK Tallkotte's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. The corner ended in Abraham Alguacil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but IFK Tallkotte's Joakim Isaksson did a great save. In the 36th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the last second Joakim Isaksson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tomas Berganza in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alex Cambeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Alfons Cane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Alguacil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Miguel Miralles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joakim Isaksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Joakim Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rasmus Ahlqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Tommy Ahlgren could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Marcos Cotilla however easily saved by the left post. In the 82nd match minute, IFK Tallkotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. Panama's Abraham Alguacil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for IFK Tallkotte. 86 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Joakim Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Joakim Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joakim Isaksson saved IFK Tallkotte from getting behind. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play.
