Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Raul Lipp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Hernando kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ñacuñán AC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 9th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Benicio Otoniel made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Raul Lipp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ñacuñán AC's Benicio Otoniel got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ñacuñán AC's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ñacuñán AC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ñacuñán AC's Raul Lipp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes Ñacuñán AC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Raul Lipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Arias in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Ñacuñán AC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Benicio Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Benicio Otoniel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ñacuñán AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Ñacuñán AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The supporters of Ñacuñán AC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raul Lipp. Ñacuñán AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 38th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Ñacuñán AC's Cosme Lauaxeta was substituted for Luis Bartoleme. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Ekain made a kick off. When Elpidio Ekain came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Ñacuñán AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Ekain couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Ekain in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raul Lipp. That made the score 2-2 after 60 minutes of play. If Benicio Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Otoniel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ñacuñán AC's Erasmo Iraunkor got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Benicio Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Raul Lipp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Otoniel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Benicio Otoniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cosme Lauaxeta kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 98 minutes of play Ñacuñán AC's Erasmo Iraunkor was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 99 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
