Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Olov Johnsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Olov Johnsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 9th minute, Olov Johnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Tomas Illescas sped through VBL Stockholm's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl-Chester Vallgren. VBL Stockholm's Carl-Chester Vallgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Olov Johnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Johnsson in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes of play, VBL Stockholm's Olov Johnsson made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Johnsson in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Johnsson was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 50th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Olov Johnsson took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by VBL Stockholm's Olov Johnsson. But to his dismay, Olov Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 69 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. VBL Stockholm's Algot Markusson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Olov Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the VBL Stockholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Johnsson couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the match, Olov Johnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olov Johnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Johnsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VBL Stockholm:s goal. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Torbjörn Grönlund:s penalty. 85 minutes into the match, Ulrik Josefsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulrik Josefsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Johnsson in the 90th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The VBL Stockholm fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
