Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Tony Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel de Godoi's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Orlando Casaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 12 minutes of play, Olivedos's Cássio Ferraz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Ferraz in the 19th minute of play. Alexsandro da Costa made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abel de Godoi immediately put the ball in play. Magno Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Cássio Ferraz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Maranhense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisinho Ceresso in the 39th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Maranhense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

When Olivedos's Abel de Godoi in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. 56 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense. Abelardo Maranhense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Ferraz in the 61st minute of the match. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Pedro Indiano could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Abelardo Maranhense however easily saved by the left post. After 67 minutes Olivedos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Abelardo Maranhense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Sampaio in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Magno Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave Olivedos a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cássio Ferraz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel de Godoi in the 96th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chile eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
