Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Czeslaw Tipinski got the match started through his kick off. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Cadaval might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Siekierski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Facundo Cadaval ran back to his position shaking his head. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Igor Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Facundo Cadaval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Tipinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Siekierski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 36th minute of play forced Brow Team's goalkeeper Igor Siekierski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Brow Team's Igor Siekierski. Igor Siekierski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Igor Siekierski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 43rd minute of the match. Brow Team's Igor Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 44th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Igor Siekierski. Brow Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. Igor Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 54th minute of play. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Brow Team's Igor Siekierski got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goalkeeper Igor Siekierski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Igor Siekierski in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brow Team's Igor Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 70th minute of play. Feliks Klejnowski kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Brow Team's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Siekierski came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Brow Team's Igor Siekierski. Igor Siekierski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Siekierski made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 89th minute. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Igor Siekierski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Igor Siekierski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
