Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 34 minutes into the match, Bangladesh CF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Mike van Kampen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 35th minute. Mike van Kampen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike van Kampen having to interfere. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when 俞岩寒 sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 俞岩寒 to strike the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mike van Kampen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 俞悦锋 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Bangladesh CF's goalkeeper Mike van Kampen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mike van Kampen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Mike van Kampen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Bangladesh CF's Witalis Walaszkiewicz got a free kick in the 83rd minute.
