After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Fang Kang Guang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Dogo Argentino's attentive Sid Philips managed to snatch the ball when Antonio Indiano made a throw-in in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Dogo Argentino got a freekick which was hit by Julian Palban. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fang Kang Guang scored 2-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 minutes of play, Dogo Argentino's Fang Kang Guang made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Dogo Argentino's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Daniel Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
