The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Rodrigo Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Eguzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Cirilo Salvino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Gisbert in the 21st minute of play. The PLUMIN fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Simon Ferrer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. Cirilo Salvino hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PLUMIN's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. The long shot by Jonas Orlondon in the 41st minute really tested Joaquin Gayoso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Simon Ferrer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rodrigo Massó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Higinio Eguzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Danilo Brion took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Ferrer in the 55th minute of the match. Jonas Orlondon hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Ferrer in the 64th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Salvino in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Ferrer in the 83rd minute of the match. Rodrigo Massó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Massó had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. The PLUMIN fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
