Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. FC Remug Red Devils's Ferdinando Capuozzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. Amos Domenici could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Amos Domenici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amos Domenici in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Ferdinando Capuozzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute of play forced FC Remug Red Devils's goalkeeper Ferdinando Capuozzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Remug Red Devils fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! FC Remug Red Devils:s Ferdinando Capuozzi showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. 41 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Remug Red Devils's Ferdinando Capuozzi. Ferdinando Capuozzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amos Domenici's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinando Capuozzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, FC Remug Red Devils's Ferdinando Capuozzi got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amos Domenici in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinando Capuozzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, FC Remug Red Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Barone to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Ferdinando Capuozzi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. FC Remug Red Devils's Alex Lenzi was substituted for Armando Giannetta. With a little luck, FC Remug Red Devils's Ferdinando Capuozzi got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Montes during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Amos Domenici notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Orlandi succeeded in the game's 85th minute to get real power on a long shot . Ecuador's Julio Vera hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-2! In the 88th minute, Achille Mastronardi made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Ferdinando Capuozzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 91st minute. When Amos Domenici came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Remug Red Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Domenici couldn't finish the play. If Eugenio Orlandi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Remug Red Devils could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
