Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Nuno Mazorra made the kick off and thus started the match. Sociedad Anónima's Matxin Uceda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Matxin Uceda. Sociedad Anónima's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Matxin Uceda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Nuno Mazorra got a free kick in the 19th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matxin Uceda having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Matxin Uceda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Txurio Closa hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sociedad Anónima's goalkeeper Matxin Uceda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sociedad Anónima's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Cristian Sancho put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Matxin Uceda. Herensuge Villafranca struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sociedad Anónima. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Matxin Uceda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 53rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Matxin Uceda was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Sociedad Anónima's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matxin Uceda came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute of play forced Sociedad Anónima's goalkeeper Matxin Uceda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Nuno Mazorra got a free kick in the 65th minute. Matxin Uceda came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Matxin Uceda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Sociedad Anónima made a substitution. Ubarna Huertas replaced Herensuge Villafranca. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Matxin Uceda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Sociedad Anónima's Matxin Uceda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sociedad Anónima from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 90th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matxin Uceda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sociedad Anónima.
